Palmerston and District Branch

In 2023-24, we look forward to extending our membership to include not only retired women teachers, but also retired women educational assistants, early childhood educators, and child & youth care workers/counsellors. If you are one of these retired women educational professionals living in the North Wellington, North Perth, or surrounding area, you are most welcome to join us!

Our branch embraces about 85 caring, sharing members who mix, mingle, laugh, socialize and give back to our communities. We have four business luncheons a year, starting with a meet and greet at 10:30 a.m. followed by business at 11, a delicious meal at noon, and an interesting program. Our meetings are held in the James Street U.C. in Palmerston, ON.

At present, we have two social gatherings a year: a brunch on the first day of school, and a Christmas Luncheon.
